Kindle addition... Really don't like the kindle versions so hard to find what your looking for, no book marks for the favorite ones you what to keep making over and over again...The book isUgh... So hate the Kindle versions of cookbooks! There's no way to save your favorite recipes with the bookmark, a tag, nothing, very difficult to find the recipe when you want to go back to it, or when it calls for another recipe that is an added to the one you're making, just so not worth the money!! Would rather buy the real thing opposed to Kindle version with cookbooks anyway !The book has good advise as I was going on a last minute exotic vacation needed to loose some inches fast, and this helped me do just that! Also took a health exam while on the program and it came back with raving reviews from the docs! They wanted to know how and what I was eating as they couldn't believe how perfect ALL my blood work came back... It was that of a 20 year old (I'm much older then that ?) I really enjoy the foods and prep times are good too. I've added this to my Eat to Live routine for added flavor and variety, for my cheat days.
