I haven’t lost any weight but I love my bracelets! Comfortable! I wear them 24 hours a day. I also get many compliments on the looks of them.Disappointing… it's very cheap!!! The picture and information is very deceiving. Shipping was also a challenge! You cannot trace it as they do not keep it up-to-date. You call and ask about it and your told it will be there but they don't tell you anything else and you still have no way of tracing it. I ordered the red/gold and I admit, they are attractive, but they do not hold their shape. I adjust them to the size, and as I work, or move my hands or wrists, they get larger and if wearing as a ring, they fall off. when wearing as a bracelet, it is annoying when they are larger than they should be.
