The whole concept of this seat and its function is new to me. Knowing how that area sometimes needs some special cleansing, I was intrigued. Though I'm finding that, so far, it seems to have its benefits, I'm still uncertain as to how helpful it actually is. Will continue to use because I think that it most likely is helpful.First off, I must say that after using, I don't feel fresh and clean and ready for going out on a hot date. The same as I wouldn't if I had just spent a session in a full body sauna. In both cases, a good bath or shower is still needed to cleanse away the perspiration that has been drawn out of the pores. I would assume that that is how this is meant to be used, but thought that it is important to mention so you will be aware that further cleansing is essential after use. Like a regular sauna, it will cause you to sweat in the effect areas. The herbal sachet will scent the area, but I find only adds to the unpleasant smell that has been created due to the sweating. I'm sure the herbs are doing some good like they would as a topical medicine would. Once cleansed in a bath or shower, all is fine and I do feel very clean. Not completely sure how much this seat has contributed to this, but as mentioned, I know that I've been cleansed down deep on the pore level.Was surprised how comfortable the seat actually is for the period of time needed for sitting. I'm not going to fall asleep on this thing, but it wasn't uncomfortable. Do be aware of the weight limits as I doubt it would be all that safe for the maximum allowance. Definitely not above. I've got a good ways to go to get there, but I wouldn't want to use this if I packed on an extra 50 pounds. Also be aware that this must be used on an uncarpeted floor in order for the ventilation to work or there will be trouble.Make sure that you read the directions thoroughly. The most important parts are written clearly. Quite easy to use once you get them down. They are important to know though in order for this to work properly and safely.One of the issues that I had though is that they tell you to use 1/2 cup of water. Okay, but they give you a cup measured in milliliters. You'll need to know your weights and measures to know what a half a cup is because they don't tell you. It's 120 milliliters, by the way. The cup goes to 50 ml.Also, I'm sure that I didn't use enough water my first time using. All was fine until about 20 minutes into my seating time. The device shut off and sounded some sort of buzzer. There was a code (I think that's what it was) that said, or looked like the number 11. There is nothing at all stated in the directions about codes or technical issues. I'm pretty sure it was trying to let me know that it ran out of water to steam. It would have helped if they included such knowledge in the directions, but there is nothing like that at all. I could just tell that I had ran out of water.A nice device for that extra bit of cleansing. Just follow the directions carefully and know that you will need to further your cleansing after use.This thing is literally so cute! I would highly recommend this!! 10/10This seat is for somebody who’s under 150 pounds. I weigh 208 pounds and when I sat on it it actually made a crunching noise which scared me enough to get me off before I even got the benefit of even using it. I gave it three stars because I think for somebody who is thinner it could be of some value and they might really appreciate it .I took two stars off for the fact that it’s not very sturdyThis is so refreshing to use! I would love to get one for all my friends. I feel extra clean doesn’t get to hot. Make sure you read instructions on how to use the herbs. Beautiful color there’s a nice lid to seating area. It’s sturdy and convenient to use in the comfort of my home. Highly recommended
