After about three days of consistently using, I just didn't think about having a drink, also if I did have a drink it didn't sit right. I wish there was no color or flavor. The blue color is not pleasant. If there was a flavor, I think something bitter over sweet would be better.I would drink 5-6 tall cans a day I haven’t had a craving to drink in 4 days. I have more energy & time to do things.The tablets dissolve in water and look like a blue jolly rancher, but this stuff works! Four days in and it has made a serious impact in my consumption. I would recommend this product to try for anyone looking to taper down or even stop.I've been using this product for about 12 days now and it seems to be working as intended as it relates to curbing my desire to drink. It could be all mental for all I know, but these past few days I have had zero desire to drink. A few days ago I met up with friends for a social event. I had one lite beer with them just to not be a buzz kill, and after finishing it I had no cravings for a second.This product may pay for itself in many ways, including spending less on alcohol (especially bars), ride shares, medical expenses, etc.So why 4 stars? The bottle says "hangover relief." I gave a tablet to a friend who had a hangover and he said it made no difference. It’s life saver.My first batch was blue, then they sent the brown dirty water ones. Yuck!I cannot stand the flavor of this. I wanted to like it so much because of what it’s supposed to do and how much I spent. I’ve gone through at least 20 tablets so far though, and it continues to make me sick every time I drink it. The upside is that I don’t want alcohol afterward! But I also don’t want anything else because I’m nauseas from the taste for about 45 minutes after drinking it. Thank you.I was looking for a liver cleanse/detox that was easy to take and easy on my system. About a week into the treatment I started to notice a positive difference in digestion. $20 for 200 pills is great value. I take it in the evening few hours before bedtime. I’ll be adding this supplement to my daily routine.Lots of reviews say one a day which would be great BUT the bottle says you must take three per day??? who is right?This product lowered my Homocysteine levels to normal range at 1 pill a day. I'm 33 and get my blood tested 3x a year to make sure everything is working properly. More like being proactive for the future because I do not want no unknown diseases or health problems to arise in the future when I could have been proactive wile I'm younger and done something about it. This product you get more for your money as well. I do take 1 multi vitamin pill a day and 1 advanced B complex a day with combination of this product. But my single blood test was wile only taking 1 milk thistle pill a day by EBYSU without the combination of the B vitamin pill or multivitamin. Take less as possible to achieve maximum results.I love this product, on my 2nd bottle. Once a day pill is so convenient. I do feel a difference with my liver since I started the 1st bottle, so I don't want to stop using it.Had a slight issue and experienced AMAZING super fast customer service! I highly recommend the product and company that stands behind it.
