the remote did not come w a battery fyi. the use is very straightforward and easy. the comfort is similar to any other sauna blanket. the customer service is very responsive, attentive, and professional. great service if you ever have any issuesI've used this blanket three times now. I'd say it does everything you want it to. I couldn't figure out the plastic bag situation but I think I've finally figured out that you lay it down on the closed seam, open the other side and climb in. That way, the sweat collects. I just layed it down inside and knew I wasn't doing it right but didn't care. I wish they had sent the battery on the side or in a separate box. I don't know if I'll ever buy one. Lol. The only problem I have is that it smells terrible. Most people might not notice, but I don't have a lot of plastic items or use chemicals in my home. If the outer fabric had been smell free, I would have given 5 stars. The seams on the cuffs of the sleeve are not done well, but I'm a seamstress so... Anyway, overall, I think it's a good product, but I've never used one of the more expensive ones with stones and maybe a higher quality outer fabric. Oh yes and I appreciate the EMF protective layer very much. I wouldn't have bought it it I didn't see that in the photo. I keep the electrical box as far away from my body as possible as well. Lastly, I didn't sweat the first two times and barely sweat the third. This is normal. Don't be alarmed. I know my hard core sweat is coming.Sauna is easy to assemble & heats up quickly. I like laying down versus my sit-up sauna. It’s easy to wipe down after use. My only complaints are it’s a bit too short for a tall person- I’m 5’10 & my shoulders just fit. The armholes are not where anyone’s arms are (they stick out the front, aligned with your chest). So if you want to use your arms while in sauna, this isn’t your sauna.Overall I like the product, this is my second in one year though (first one was from a “different company “ same machine and zipper concept). I’m 5’11” and 185# and it too small in length and way small across the chest when my arms are in the sleeves. For this reason alone I would not purchase again.I decided to purchase and give this a try with a view to a more economical and time saving way to sauna at home over the salon.I’ve used FiT Wrap sauna at Beach Bum and loved it so was hopeful this would be good enough in comparison.Well, I can tell you that I am even more impressed with this saunas blanket than I ever have been with FiT Wrap!It’s very easy to set up and turn on.I use the body wrap plastic that comes with it and Sweet Sweat fresh scent (buy the tub, not the stick) and goodness does it all work perfectly together!Be careful not to set the temperature too high (max heat is 70°) as if you’re not used to it that would feel like it’s scolding to the skin. Start low, build it up and see where your tolerance is - temperature and duration!I hate actual saunas because with don’t like breathing in the hot air so this is a great way to sauna without wanting to be done after just 5 minutes.Folds up for storage easily. It’s easy to clean and cools down quickly.It doesn’t come with a pillow for head/neck support so you’ll need to figure that out and always lay a towel down under your head, it’s gets sweaty too!I lay the blanket on a thick yoga mat and that works just fine whilst protecting the floor.All in all I’m so glad I bought this, it’s impressive and you’ll save money in the long run.Total winner.Received the blanket today and tried it out in long sleeve/pants pajamas. Two words: it works. I was drenched after 60 min at 80 deg. I purchased the purple and glad I did…I figured I would see less dirt/sweat stains/etc (I can foresee a ring of self tanner around the wrists at some point for me—as I had sweat dripping around my wrists). I feel like this will be a good addition to my self care routine, provided it continues to work. Stay tuned.Thank you. Items works as described.
